Is the Acezoe P11 Pro Quiet?
The noise level for this treadmill is reasonable. It’s not silent, but also not so loud that someone in another room or on a floor underneath you would hear it.
I think if I were to use it during a meeting, someone on the other end could hear it, especially if I were walking fast or running. But it’s not loud enough to be a distraction if you are working alone or watching a show, listening to a podcast, etc.
Adjustability & Incline
There are a few different adjustments that can be made to the treadmill. You can raise or lower the handlebars, which is pretty straightforward. You do need it far enough away from a wall to open up the clips on the side.
There is also the option to put down the handlebars completely to the back of the treadmill so they are out of the way. This isn’t hard to do, but it takes a good push.
In order to raise and lower the incline, you need to take out pins on the sides of the treadmill to unlock the current position, then raise or lower the frame to the desired incline level, and push the pins back in to lock it in place.
I find this process to be cumbersome and not something I would do regularly.
Tech & Controls
The Acezoe P11 Pro keeps things relatively simple, with physical controls on the treadmill and a remote that allows you to adjust the speed without needing to reach for the console.
That remote is particularly useful when the handlebars are folded down, such as when using the treadmill under a standing desk.
Acezoe offers an app that connects to the P11 Pro through Bluetooth, allowing you to track workout information such as speed and distance and access workouts through the app — it does not have a mandatory subscription.
Size
If you’re primarily walking or doing occasional light running, the compact size is a major plus.
At 50 inches long and 25 inches wide, it can fit into tight spaces, and the 57-pound weight makes it considerably easier to set up and move than a full-size machine.

Would I Run on a Walking Pad?
For a little bit of running, this is a great option. I wouldn’t recommend long runs or daily runs on here due to potential wear and tear. But for someone just looking to stay active and get their heart rate up, you can get the speed up to 6.2 MPH.
I do find the belt to be pretty narrow. However, I am used to daily runs on a commercial treadmill, so of course this will feel different. Not everyone may find it comfortable to run on.
